Shipping Policy
We only ship within the United States..
We ship products under 150 lbs via UPS ground using their realtime rates. Some of our larger items over 150 lbs will be shipped via freight carrier. We will get you the best quote possible and be as accurate as we can. However, at times the actual shipping costs may differ. If the difference is greater than 10% we will call or email you to get your approval before processing the order.

During checkout there will be UPS ground transit times for you to view according to your shipping address.

Free Shipping
Some of our products are free freight and are marked accordingly on our site by the item. Free shipping applies to regular ground freight within the continguous 48 states only. Other charges will apply if you want items shipped next day air, second day, or if a lift gate is required.

Availability of orders:
All orders are processed within 24 hrs of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (eastern standard time) each day are processed that same day.
Most items are in-stock for immediate shipment directly from the manufacturer. In the event an item is unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be contacted prior to completion of the order for confirmation.

Freight Damage:
Please inspect your shipment thouroughly for visible damage prior to accepting the shipment. Note damage on the delivery ticket before the carrier leaves your facility. Customer is then responsible for filing a claim with the freight carrier. Arco will not accept any responsibilty for freight damage.
If you sign the receipt or bill of lading that means you have received the order in good condition and you are relieving the manufacturer, the freight carrier, and Arco of any liability for the damages.

Warranty:
Any and all warranty issues must be discussed with the manufacturer not Arco. If you need service or parts on any piece of equipment please call the manufacturer for your local service and parts distributor.
